It still has a problem no matter how much I double click it won't let me go to the settings

Unfortunately my phone doesn't have a home button and I don't mean the arrow button to see how many cards I mean the one after warning I also tried Desktop mode and how my phone is it cuts oh half of the screen 

Well considering I don't have a PC or laptop I'm am stuck using my phone and it's like when I try to double click it doesn't work even if I try over and over again still don't work though if I had to make a suggestion it would be moving the arrow button to somewhere easier to click on because having it close to the edge of the screen messes with small phones 

I've tried to play it but the arrow doesn't work even when I double click it
