played this game for 20 minutes and woke up in the hospital with all my bones broken 10/10 👍

thank you

thanks!

In actual feedback, shooting the plants back was satisfying and the game was very funny.

Miles better then battle for neighborville.

Another banger from peppino prime

Thank you, the game was supposed to have more variety but I couldn't come up with many ideas for the game. I only ended up making five different obstacles that can genarate.

Thanks!

Thanks. I think If I were to update the game after the jam, more content would be the first thing I'd add because right now the gameplay loop only last a few minutes before becoming boring.

Probably one of the best looking games in the jam, especially when you go above the clouds. The music slowly building up as you rise was also amazing. It somehow manged to tell a great story with no words.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree that the game doesn't have many goals past the first five minutes. There is a secret item to unlock but thats more of a fun easter egg then an actual goal.

Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I agree, the bar was originaly at the top before i moved it to the side later on to make room for the sun and rain indicators. However the bar would've worked far better if left at the top. Thanks for the feedback.

I remember basing the entire game off the sun and cloud mechanics really early on only to realize I missread shrine as shine after uploading the game. I guess you could say the backgrouds a shrine. Anyway i appreciate you for playing.

Thanks, for most the development I couldn't really decide if I wanted the game to be a relaxing idle game or a quick score based game.  I kind of ended up doing both In the end.

I think I missread the theme

The best thing for music is probally the drums. Whenever I add then to the music, it seems to automaticly make it 20% better. Especially the chipnoise drums.  Also both the bass and main instument need to sound good for the music to overall sound good. I've been praticing for a few months and my music only just starting to sound okay.

Yes, thanks for noticing. I've been trying to improve my game jam music lately.

I've just added the licence, thanks for the help.

It doesn't have one because i have no idea how to get a license. However it's completely free to use.

An extremely polished game for a game jam. The art is amazing and the sound effects are really good. The only downside is there isn't more.

(1 edit)

Probably the best game I've played so far in the jam. The art is amazing and the mechanics are really good for a five minute long game. You should definitely make more levels.

The art and post processing made the game feel like your on a completely new planet. Although there wasn't really much to do except navigating the caves. I think a mining mechanic could be fun.

I really like the physics based movement idea and the art is very unique . It feels like I'm playing inside a painting.

A nice little calming game where you find the tree. I'm also glad to see someone else using Godot

thanks! Also I may have made the game a little too hard.

thank for playing and rating my game. I'm really surprised you enjoyed it so much considering how quickly it was made.  Usually most of my projects projects are rushed and buggy.
