Thank you! I've never run into that 7th wave bug. Slash you press, drag the mouse across the screen, it forms a curve, you press done and in two turns it slashes the affected squares. The dolls minigame is extremely difficult and I would say almost physically impossible, I toned down the difficulty in the update. Lots of things to work on, thank you for playing!
Thank you! I composed it. Really appreciate it. I take lots of pride in the music. The challenge with the dolls sound effects are that the sound effects, composed by another person on the team, are really good, and I needed to write something in the rough same key as the sound effects (roughly centered around C#). I couldn't come up with something better than just C# E C# E with slight variation in the time.
Fair thank you. The tilemap collision in the first level is bugged. I personally did not see those bugs in the dolls encounter, I think the other larger problem with the dolls encounter in particular is that the difficulty is too high! So even if you didn't run into those bugs not sure if you could complete it. Difficulty is fixed in update.
A little janky, my experience is I can't pick up the tools/bodies, would be helpful if when pressing a movement key the character faced in that direction and then I could pick up the object. Or is that part of the gameplay, that you need a square to walk into so you can pick up the tool from the right direction? Otherwise, nicely done. COFFIN DANCE MUSIC.
Very polished game, extremely high quality, but personally found the story a little cliche and the gameplay predictable, so it was a little frustrating. Maybe I'm just a bit annoyed because real life is mundane and full of suffering but according to this story "just stop doomscrolling and get out of bed and do things". Hmmmmmm maybe I'm projecting something...and the bit with the grandma and friends, oh the character found this little figurine and it reminded them of their friends, and they set up a dinner. I'm definitely projecting at this point
