I run it on CachyOS and SteamOS through steam, using ProtonGE 11-5. Works perfectly so far, only bugs I've encountered are ones also encountered by windows users
Literally just add the exe into steam as a non-steam game, use protonup-qt to add proton-ge 11-5, set that as the compatibility layer for the game, then launch the game from steam.
Bud, a good chunk of video games are easily playable on Linux these days. What you said was true maybe 4 years ago. There's only a minority that are multiplayer using anti-cheat and explicitly blocking linux compatibility layers.
