Speedrunner here. I wonder if it would be possible to implement a dedicated slide button for characters like Roll, Mega Man, Ryu, Simon... basically half the playable cast. The reason I ask is because as it stands using the slide with these characters is currently very awkward, especially the way the slide was implemented for some characters. Like, for Simon it's not as much of an issue but for the Mega Man characters it's like you get teased with this Mega Man X-style dash n' jump gameplay... but it has Mega Man Xtreme controls. You know what I'm sayin?
