i think figured out the problem, pretty sure its the graphics card, pcs from 2009 tend to have pretty low power graphic cards i guess

edit: i was unable to get a screenshot but i wrote down what the error message said

its graphic driver may be out of date or not operationg correctly. this can lead to slow or incorrect graphics display''

it keeps saying something about a GL2 not being able to run, has  that got something to do with the internals of my pc? i only managed  to get my pc running games and stuff like 2 months ago so i dont know what to do
