I think you have to season while cooking, I do that and get 2/3. While I was cooking with Yuna, she's always says it could use more salt, but I don't know how many, because I add enough salt to spike up our blood pressure through the roof and she still said it could use more salt. the car sound problem. The car sound still playing after the minigame ends. It's solved itself but the game went through the whole section again before it solved
