On some bad endings (Mostly on the Deserted Base) or doing the mission of Linda's rescue after surrendering to an enemy on a new zone inside the base after meeting again with Mistyra. It gives you different option depending if you either have both Megaboobs or Megacock Shrines on the Sanctum active.
