Fits the theme well, I like the ambience and the crushing darkness. Easily the best thing about the game is the primary interaction of sweeping the beam across stuff to see it. With polish and more threatening (faster?) enemies, I think this could genuinely scare some people. The marching squares implementation and infinite map is also pretty neat. One thing I noticed is that the art seem to be pixel art but uses linear filtering? not sure if that's intentional.

Cool atmosphere and cool tech, great work overall.

A complete and playable game of blackjack, plus some cool twists! The devil seems to not be very good at blackjack (maybe because I can see one of his cards), but it felt like his crazy deals tended to balance it out (usually by making me lose 50-90% of my earnings). Although the deals can feel harsh/sudden, it makes it so that you really can only play for so long before losing all earnings. Definitely realizes the theme, and is enjoyable (and sort of balanced, in a jank way).
