It is implied that Life is Strange is a sequel to the "special" ending of Lust is Stranger, where the MC remains in the universe but loses all memories of his previous adventures. Hence the special ending trophy name "Before the Storm", name of the official prequel.

Yeah. In the rosebud cheat console you can use "Player.FLG_CONTRACEPTIVE_SWAPED=1", but int only works if you do it BEFORE playing the final scene

Yep. Trophy requires also her to be pregnant. If you can use any cheat tool before the scene, you just need to set the FLG_CONTRACEPTIVE_SWAPED to 1 and any she'll be pregnant if anyone "finished inside" her during the game.
