Indeed, finally I find out the correct place to put a gentle cut. From game desing point of view I can suggest to show approximate line directly at the body in the game. Plastic legs limbs are smaller motivating to do a cut below the right position...

I like the game in general with the exception of surgery part - the surgery minigame idea is good but while at first it was even more impressive comparing to my memories of how to cut people in real life, after around 3 corps it becames annoying. No idea how to cut both legs (hands was ok) while keeping people alive, no idea where to put injections... Seems, its too complex for me.. like the life, leading me to the end I dont't like. Anyway, thank you so much for making this game, it gave me a lot <3

don't make such game using pygame, too many restructions came with the engine
also, python did not have any other good render backend when I made the game, thus, to continue development I migrated to c++ and something like SDL (stable) or allegro (too unstable) just to implement simple features like screen rotations
