No idea how it will be used, but how about adding a melee weapon? Like It would do slightly more damage than the starting pistol, but the range would be not that far ahead of you. 

Also unsure if you are looking for ideas, but Female on Female/Futa on female content is always good. 

While I agree that others will really like Tentacle stuff (Not my thing, but majority has preference I would assume).

I love a good sidescroller, and a wave survival sexy game sidescroller?

I really hope this gets worked on more. 

(My favorite area is the F.E.R facility since any female on female content is a plus, even if it's Futa).
