Which version are you using? If you’re using 1.1 or 1.2 it’s because those don’t work on older Emulators. This was fixed in Versions 1.3 and beyond.

It doesn’t work on Older Emulators. The version Snes9x on 3DS is outdated so there’s no way to play it on there currently.
It doesn’t work on Older Versions of Snes9x. The versions of Snes9x that are on consoles like the 3DS and PSP are quite outdated.
Nevermind, it works on Provenance if you use the right Core.
It doesn’t load on the Delta and Provenance Emulators on iOS and there are many areas with broken graphics on Snes9x on 3DS.
