What an absolutely incredible game!!! Your descriptions are amazing, and you seriously do such a great job at setting the scene and immersing your reader. Not to mention, your characters are distinct and easy to like (and hate!), the politics are gripping, and the world building is SUCH A TREAT! I had so much fun reading about the magic system, its history, and how our character navigates it.
Also, I ain't gonna lie, the way you wrote MC crushing on King Yves had me kicking my feet every time that man was on-screen. Getting to combine a crushing MC with all those options that had you devoted to them as a regent, too, made it 10000x juicier. "You would wear it," he says. Yes sir!!!
I would also like to report that this entire passage in the newest update:

Hit me like an absolute ton of bricks. I cried! I had to step away from the whole computer! I'm still a little teary writing this! And that's not even getting into the mind-blowingly vivid scenes in the leadup to that point.
In short, I just want to make sure you know you have a beautiful game on your hands, and I can't wait to see where it goes next <3

Absolutely amazing piece of interactive fiction! The lore and the little mushroom factbook were so fun to read, and it was great getting to match the info there to the mushrooms, too. Especially after eating one early on and panicking over the taste, only to realize, oh, right, that's how it's supposed to be, haha.
I've been looking for something that could scratch that Southern Reach Trilogy/Roadside Picnic itch and I think I've found it. I'll definitely be replaying this and checking out the rest of your works!
This is such a beautiful, well thought out game. The art is incredible, the relationship between the two leads tugs at your heart in the best way, and the 5-star ending almost had me in tears. The worst part... is that there isn't more! Thank you all for a game that manages to satisfy so well in the little time it has with us. :)
