How do I progress? I have 4 girls all at 100/100 in rank C for the 4 main skills + receptionist and bartender, but they don't upgrade to B. I have all of them at over 100/40 in relationship level 2, but they don't upgrade relationship to level 3. They've done the wine quest and had an edging competition. I can't hire any more courtesans because even though CareerBook says "Courtesans 1" but none show up. And because I can't get a 5th courtesan, I can't upgrade the business past level 2. I've bought two different businesses in the Firebird District, but I don't have access to "Business Stats" on the computer. The game tells me I should go to the Meeting Room to progress, but the only option there is Arrange Meeting It feels like I've stalled out at a stage the game doesn't have any more content, but all the comments make it seem like other people are able to get far beyond this. So I don't know what I've done wrong.
