forming the iron front and training union members to fight can get the reichsbanner to nearly 3000 members, low militarization

not sure if the reichsbanner can get over medium militarization

how does emergency fundraising work for advisors? very powerful ability but it seems random where it goes

I usually make fictional scenarios, this ones from a HOI4 mod called The New Order. Ukraine can revolt from German control but it's impossible in the game to win, so I made a really difficult scenario here.  Usually I don't even win my own games.
