yes, the first time i played through, the wheel was there, but when i played again, it was gone, i tried reloading and it still wasnt showing

First playthrough the hamster wheel was there, but every playthrough after that the wheel is completely missing. Not sure if this is a bug or if i did something wrong, but I've interacted with everything to try to get the wheel, and I've reloaded the game multiple times, but it won't come back.
