Thanks for all of the positive feedback and suggestions! An update is currently in the works, and I’ll see if I can address some of these issues.

Too many Coins and Stamina Items - Totally agree. The current item pool in DE is lackluster and usually consists of, well, Coins and Consumables. I do want to try to fix this issue by introducing some new items, some having some sort of use that differ from currently implemented items while others are there mostly for decoration (Said decorative items still technically could be used with characters like Sir Cleans A Lot). I do want to make things as unique as possible, so I’ll try to come up with some new item mechanics. On the topic of items, I do plan on adding a very basic inventory system to the game (it’ll probably be a small one though), but it may also include equipping items, which could certainly open new possibilities for new items. 

As for the Dystopian Chains, I plan on re-balancing them quite a bit. They’ll be harder to obtain and will be reusable, but for each use, it becomes less effective as Mr. O damages it more, eventually resulting in Mr. O destroying them. (To be honest with you, I actually don’t remember if the chains are reusable as if I did make them a one-time use, it would of definitely been a last minute decision lol)

Difficulties - I do want to add this at some point. But I don’t want it to be just value and stat changes. I think what I’ll do is have 3 difficulties with Easy being what the current DE is while Medium and Hard have increasingly difficult tweaks, new mechanics to deal with in regards to the player and characters, more difficult questions to answer in the tablets, and maybe even more rewards for it. A free run mode just to explore the maps sounds harmless enough, so maybe I’ll add that too if difficulties are to be added. I think this addition in particular could help with replay value too.

More Levels - Currently, no new levels are planned. I want to focus on making one large level for the player to navigate though alongside sort of “Sub Levels” that the player can be transported to (think of it like the weird shadowy place you end up at when Dulcimer, the small TV thingy, gets you) Plans may change however if the game’s performance is hindered by it. Fun fact - A Literature and Science floor were planned, but are currently shelved and Scrapped respectfully. 

I hope the next update I give this game is received as positively as the initial release, as it contains a lot of new content, such as new characters, items, mechanics, places to explore, and more! (One of those said characters may look a bit familiar by the way, as it is a sort of retake on a character from AEwVS)

Easter egg in a scrapped location in an older version of the mod.

2.1's development has been very rough due to issues regarding my own physical health and making poor decisions with the mod itself (I added something that is very broken and hard to fix.) Hopefully at least the first issue can be solved soon, then I will try to get the next update finished. It already has some rather large changes that will effect the game a lot (If the second issue did not already give that away.)


Anyways, sorry for being very inactive.

Mr.O Spawns at 7 notebooks unless your playing in free run mode. Currently, there is no way to stun him. May change in the future.


PNGling repellent is used on er when he emerges from the screens in the classrooms.

So 2.0 Alpha is very broken... I heavily apologize. I thought most bugs were fix. But all of a sudden I encountered a lot of issues and mistakes. I'm going to make a patch to fix some of these. God I suck at modding

Aliza was planned but I could not think of any good mechanics for her. Closest I got was scrapped because it was way too similar to that stamp guy (Can't remember his name) made by TBM452. I still want to add her, but I'm not sure how.

As for Slatin (Aliza's BF), I have no plans on adding him.

The alpha update didn't really add any characters of mine from BBCCs, other than 1 who has a similar mechanic to T.EXE. It did however add characters that I suggested but never were added. 

At least two characters that have semi-intertwined mechanics from that mod is planned to be added in the Beta update.

Because I decided to skip it & work on the 2.0 update instead due to how large it is lmao

Circle is the exit while the skull was mean't to be Dulcimer. He would have killed you there. But my coding knowledge was garbage back then so it was scrapped.


The object there is an Easter Egg. It is the cover art for the album "Nowhere at the Millenium of Space: Redux - Year Four."  Just a little fun secret that people can find.

There is a TV in a certain, usually blocked room. The TV displays a camera feed from inside the Cell where Qwerthy can be seen flipping off the viewer. If Qwerthy breaks out, however, the camera will break and the tv will display static

For the bug, all you need to do is do the same thing that caused the bug. I am not sure how to fix this permanently as of now unfortunately

As for the ending sequence, were you still in the school or did you get to the outside area?

Originally, the mod would of had field trips (BBRMS, the mod I used as a base for this one, had field trips already added). Mr. O was the main teacher for them. However, I never got around to finishing them after a massive loss in motivation and decided to upload the mod without them.

They may appear in the next update but I honestly doubt that.

Despite that, I do plan on adding Mr. O himself to this mod as the last character that can provide a game over, along with 2 other characters from MrODE. They will be in the (possibly) last/next major update. 

The item there can be grabbed in two ways.

1. The Grapple Gun can grab the item from afar. Just don't walk into "n"'s line of sight or it will attack.


2. Stop time and quickly grab it before time continues.


The item itself is one of the three ingredients to Le Mix's spaghetti.

That is Mr. O. A character from another mod of mine called "Mr. O's Dystopian Education." The whole room is mostly a reference to that mod.

There are a few other secret areas around the school similar to this and more will be added in the future.

Thanks for the list. I'll try to fix these in the next update. Also, noodles can be found in a sack in one of the faculty rooms (specifically the one all the way to the left of the map on the 2nd floor (It will be moved somewhere else due to some changes in the next update however)

Cant belive it took me 2 months to reply to this. Very sorry about that.


I don't really see a purpose for a movie room.


I'd love to add a fanart room. But I don't really get fanart anymore. In fact, most of the artwork around the school is just mine. Also, most of the fanart was made by old friends that would not want their art in my mod.


There will be at least 1 new notebook in the future that will be used for the secret ending in a future update. Also, some future plans I have may increase or decrease the amount of notebooks but I'm not 100% sure if I am going with those plans as of now.


Anyways, thanks for the suggestions and sorry for it being 2 months late.

1.3 update soon. Possibly the last update.

If your game lags a lot, Wait for this update. It should run the game a lot faster.

Oof nvm it ain't canceled anymore lol. Still a great game!
