I'm pretty sure that it's a requirement for people who make games with GB Studio to not bother with the extension. Seems like most of them don't bother to name them anything other than "game.gb" D:

I made an achievement set for this game at RetroAchievements: https://retroachievements.org/game/28990
I didn't do anything for beating the game in under twenty minutes because after 18:09, the end screen says it took more than twenty minutes. :( I'll revise the set if that ever gets patched by someone. Also, I haven't found the easter eggs that I read about, so those aren't covered yet either.
It's a neat, fun game. RIP
