WOW yeah banger game. Loved the mournful atmosphere, the feeling of "online friend who just disappeared one day" is very specific and yet you've captured it exactly
Sorry, I think I got my West and North Courts confused when trying to describe the steps I took to get this issue! The body is, I think, unrelated, just the guard and the man
Really really enjoyed this game! Loved the puzzles - head-scratchers but never completely impossible
I'd like to point out a bug I found. I got the knife and repealed laws 6, 11 and 14 (plus others, but these seem the most relevant). This created a body and a blood-stained code. Later, I repealed law 7 and spoke to the disconnected Magister. Once that Magister left, suddenly there was no body any more. Both the guard and the belligerent man were present. I spoke to the guard and killed him, then when I went to speak to the belligerent man the game crashed with the error "Template error: #if requires exactly one argument"
Fantastic game though and I definitely want to go back through it to see the ending
