Tysm girl! actually saved me from going insane lol

guys im back playing this because i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the ending where we freaking survive.

I make sure to not follow Leon's lead and I do the firestation last. In the forest before the final battle in the lab I get the dialogue where they discuss plans for the lab. Yet when it comes to the lab I still get the ending where we both die?!

yo why have i spent the last 2 hours playing this game? was meant to be a quick 20 min time waster in between studying oops

Writing was good and the worldbuilding was pretty good to considering the limited scope for it.
