Awesome concept! I love the coding aspect with the built-in documentation and having to predefine and sequentially process steps—it’s such a cool idea. I could totally see this evolving into a full-fledged game, maybe even with multiple coding languages. Great job, and awesome work! Hope you expand on this!
I gotta say this was a smooth animal crossing style and then by day 3 bam all hell broke lose! lol
Love the art work and style - wish the days lasted a bit longer or you had an option to maybe choose when to go to the next day to see progress (like a bed in minecraft).
I did get stuck on this axe on day 3, I picked up the axe and the poison and then went inside the house that was on fire (totally fine on inside) loved the banter of the guy in there talking about the GameJam and the innuendos are great overall! But when i came back outside of the house the axe and poison i had just grabbed respawned, so i went to go snag them a 2nd time and got stuck on the axe shown in the image haha. Overall fun idea and love the creativity!
Really fun game with a cool puzzle concept and unique mechanics like the crowbar and reset loop. I did run into a few small issues—like being stuck on some menu screens and the door code not giving clear feedback when it’s wrong—but overall, it’s creative and a blast to play. Keep up the great work!
Solid puzzle concept, I played the working version as instructed in the description but even then I could not open the 3rd puzzle door see screenshots for color combo submitted.

Seems to be the arrays not lining up to the door code, but overall love the concept and the fact that you cant peek at the colors while entering the code is great! Very creative!
Fun concept, almost got killed back in the start "ship" area cuz apparently shooting doesn't work in there, but other then that great concept and art was good, shooting was great but maybe adding some indication when ammo is depleted - also bullets seems to fly through walls so was fun clearing a path on odd angles haha. Matches the theme well overall great first game!
The fixing part confused me at first, but once we figured it out, it was actually pretty cool—though it was hard to fix the whole ship while flying and dealing with enemies. I liked the idea of shooting while fixing the ship, but I felt like there were too many enemies for just one ship. Maybe having two ships, or even some power-ups to help cover us while fixing, would make it even better. Overall, though, I thought the game was super creative and fun, and I actually enjoyed that we had to fix the ship before playing.
Fun concept i love the explosion in the beginning as he busts out of the lab. The jumping is tricky to time it right, but the challenge was on! Would love to see a leaderboard for this game and you'll have folks competing and coming back to beat that last score! Maybe my advice would be to make it a bit easier to avoid obstacles early on and progressively make it harder cuz it took my awhile to beat score 68, but maybe im just a newb!
Took a few minutes to load but was worth the wait! seemed similar to a slenderman style search for the clues! loved the concept, i really wish i could turn 360 degrees seemed my mouse was locked in around 180 degrees and had a hard time navigating, but when i found the priest the demon caught up to me while i was reading the cut scene due to his teleport - would be nice if talking to priest froze the demons movements for a bit, otherwise loved the idea matching the theme, keep building on it!
Love the concept, was a bit confused on controls but i love battle Royale / arena fighters! Def keep working on the controls and understanding the economy aspect. Also some indicator as to which character your playing as would be helpful I was confused as to whom i was controlling and died very quickly thinking I had won haha!
Loved this game style! It really matches the theme of "just getting started" I realized early on that the trick to excelling quickly was just falling straight down to the bottom a few times to gain the power ups needed to reach moma/papa/the lover bird! Maybe adding some badies along the way to make it difficult not just to gain power ups and make it but to avoid obsticles as well!
I did run into an issue when reaching level 3 it wouldn't let me start it as the next game screen overlapped the start button for the level, other then that the game was smooth!
Was sad the "love" ability didn't do anything :'( was hopping mama / papa would come save my butt haha.
Was super fun, loved the concept at first i was like "am i glitching" but i love the gun vs gun fighting.
Would love it if i knew how the ricochet worked it seems every other bullet would ricochet? but concept is there i'd say keep committing time to this, also check out my game it has a leaderboard like yours! love that concept - does it also have the ability to stack against other players? If you can do that i'd say you got an addicting game !
This was really fun! i loved the mechanics, love the power up for the fire to be implemented into the double jump, super tricky aspect of the puzzle piece and got stuck after first double jump, but love the concept really great for a game jam! All-be-it im not 100% sure how this relates to the theme, kinda feels like you slapped in "Getting started" just in the button.
Trial of Glyphs is a pretty good game! I really enjoyed the creativity with the magic system and the fact that you can change spells, forcing you to strategize with the freeze, fire, and teleport components. It took me a bit to figure things out, but after about 15 minutes, I was able to finish it. At first, I kept trying to teleport onto the moving platform — bad idea — but then I realized I needed to freeze it, go backwards, and teleport through the two corridors early on to learn how to freeze the towers. I also wasn’t sure about using fire on them until later, which made for a fun learning curve.
Overall, it’s well done, with solid progression and a design that feels like it could easily be expanded into something bigger. Great job!
It was a great game — definitely on the longer side — but really enjoyable once I got into it. At first, it was a little hard to tell if it was just a story or an actual game, but once I reached the gameplay sections, it became fun and engaging. I really like the economy mechanics, and I’m impressed by how much you accomplished in just 10 days.
The story was also strong, with the whole mythical world, the veil, and the soul/food elements adding a lot of depth. It’s clear that the concept is there, and I think this could easily be scaled into something even bigger. Overall, I really enjoyed the game — keep up the great work!
