Really clever use of the theme! I played so much but can't get past wave 6 😭

Really fun! I liked that the player has to figure out what the buttons and stuff does, I think everything was well communicated and fun to figure out. In order to address the players who couldn't find out what to do, you can add collapsible sections in the game page for hints. Collapsible sections can be nested too.

Really fun!

Nice! It's impressive that you carried the idea of a knot to a simple enough game idea that it fits in Pico-8 graphics. I tried to make a knot theory thing too but it turned out a way harder game than I anticipated. I came from your video btw, I wish I'd seen this in the rating period, definitely a 10 out of 10!

I am in awe! Mind blown!

Best idea for the jam!

This was really, really fun to play and fits the theme perfectly too! I was hoping I would improve to a point where I don't have to move anymore to beat levels. Then I did and it was so satisfying!

Thank youuu :) I added some hints btw, you win by figuring out the culprit and how they did it but I couldn't add a button in time 😅

Thank you for your comment :) I added some hints

Woah awesome idea! I managed to finish in just 18 kills by shooting the right sides! But I wish this mechanic was explained in the game.

Yo i got 135!!! 😎

Nice game! I like the idea! Here's some things - I think - would benefit it:

  • Make sure to always spawn enemies off-screen (or at least far from the player, currently they can spawn on top of you).
  • I never really had to use the aim feature, I think the game should've created situations where re-aiming is more practical. For example, you can make hp restroring items that only spawn at the center.

(and of course add the score to the game-over screen)
