Okay so the game says "safe to lose hearts" but what that means is "you should spend them as much as possible and regenerating hearts you haven't spent yet is how you ruin your run." PLEASE emphasize this better, it is incredibly misleading to think of them as health you should keep high rather than ammunition you should spend as much as possible between reloads.

1. Adult tag does mean adult content as written, but teens doing "adult" things with each other is a common fact of them growing into adults. That said, these must be noncanon aged agents in order to be in that situation and if they're not... Please reconsider.
2. We all know few if any of those girls are portrayed as spies or double agents just from the previews meaning if the game follows canon at all for age ranges, none of them are even teenagers... Which is far too young for them to be exploring really any sexual aspects of themselves safely so I hope they threw canon out the window at least there.
3. I haven't played it, it doesn't look like the kind of game I'd feel comfortable playing due to the possible ages and probable maturity of the characters but my initial comment wasn't about that. It was about a potential miscategorization that I've since been informed wasn't as miscategorized. It's really only the fact that it's clearly fictional and fairly tame from what I read that it's getting such a mild complaint.
So this game showed up with the "adult" tag despite being about a group that conically refuses to include anyone older than a tween and it doesn't seem to have obvious "adult only" content in the previews. If it's just harmless story shenanigans, then the tag needs to go. If the kids are having sexual encounters then maybe reconsider your life choices.
