i've just finished playing through the available chapters, and i must say, i am invested. what resonates with me the most is mc's sh, as well as the relationship with sex if you choose it as your vice. it's... accurate, to say the least. and in a way, self indulgent to experience through the mc as someone who struggles with both. the representation is cathartic. i'm really looking forward to seeing how its handled further down the line; if we'll have the choice to either develop a healthier mindset, or to stick to what's familiar, even if it harms us and those around us. i definitely plan on having my mc get their shit together lol (possibly with the influence/assistance of certain ros...), but adding that nuance and the option to make that path of recovery a reluctant one is something id love to see. though, if that's too complicated to execute, i look forward to seeing how the mc evolves throughout the story regardless. love the game, love your writing, and most of all, love our emotional support raven (whom i have affectionately named poe <3)
