Yes, Liz is the only NTR route, but you can take her romance one for your "Canon" run.
Killing Jake is not important, it only gives you two interesting scenes with him if he's alive, and one for if you kill him. I always keep him alive for mine, but I have to admit that getting to meet his Monster Parent is way too cool, so choose what you want to do.
Weird World has said that he really intended for a romance route with Mia, but, he shoot himself in the foot by making her look so young, since Patreon or some players could think she's underage or something. He'll change her design in 1.0 to finally make a romance route for her, though he hasn't said anything about cucking Jake.
Fair, I'll give you that, I have no problem with the MC evolving twice, since having 5th Evo MC would be so cool.
Going back to the stuff about his other game ideas, WW has said that he won't do two things at the same time, since he is already stretched far enough with Superhuman. He'll finish Superhuman no matter what and then jump to another thing, that's why he said that Superhuman will be cut in two parts, because he feels that the point he'll end the first one is like a satisfactory ending until he feels like actually going back to the story and making the second part.
To be honest, I don't care if he leaves Superhuman for years, don't get me wrong, it'll hurt, since I came to love the story so much, but I'm so excited about his other ideas, especially for the Necromancer game.
WW has already said that he won't work on Superhuman 2 immediately, since he wants to work on either the vampire or necromancer games he has in mind, he also has the idea of a sorcerer game, which was actually the game he wanted to make before Superhuman, but from what he has shared in his streams, he doesn't know if he wants to make the sorcerer game anymore, that he'll maybe go through different medium.
MC evolving twice is so unlikely with how WW has handled the EVOS until now, we know that evolving three times, even four times is possible, but MC's EVOS have always been one at a time and only at moments he needs them, with his 3rd being artificial as he was technically not ready and it only happened because the monster material cocktail forced him.
Update to this comment: I've been talking with some people from the dicord, and they helped me get 27 corruption, so I also got stronger in the corruption route, going from 84 power to 87 power, but they also told me there are actually some options that can unlock even more power, but you have to pay attention.

I'm doing both the corruption and clean routes and with Valravn, because I did all of the training sessions and went for the skill option against Michael and the horn, I ended up having for the clean route 81 power and 22 skill, and for the corruption route, I ended up with 84 power and 22 skill.
Now, I actually fought Valravn before having those stats, and that is because I fucked up and lost the clean route. Still, I won against Valravn with 78 or 79 power and lower skill in the corruption route, but I won with Brianna's help. Nico treated me like shit, now because I lost the clean route I re-did the whole VN, this time doing everything right (Skill against Michael, the horn, and all of the training sessions). This time, I won against Valravn with no problem, Brianna didn't have to help me and Nico actually congratulated me.
Because of that, I re-did the corruption route too, with all of the same shit and killing everyone to get all of the corruption I could (Which is 25, I don't know if you can get more, but that's the highest I got), I did all of that because the corruption route, just like you saw, gives you way more power, even if with this update, both routes end up with almost the same amount, and yeah, just like I thought, I also won with no problem.
So, my point is that you can either win with Brianna's help because you didn't have enough power and skill, or win with no problem because you had enough power and skill, in the case of both routes.
