I was wondering... Is there like a guide or walkthrough to unlock all stuff because i already unlocked all of her night scenes and positions but i know there are more

is there a way to save the game so that i dont have to start over when i close it ?

for some reason when i run the game i am popped at the menu with start and quit i can use my arrow keys to choose an option but cant sellect it so i am stuck on the start page. I have windows 11 pc. Can someone help me or tell me what the problem is ?
