What about other assets, like graphics?
As far as I understand from the rules and the spirit of the whole thing, we can pretty much use whatever as long as we're not ripping stuff off excessively & we adequately credit everything.
Sorry for being pedantic, I'm a big noob at game jams so I'm still learning how this works.
