Really elegant game, it's the exact level of rule weight love, and with such creative and well put-together worldbuilding and layouts! I did notice a slight typo on the Modules page, specifically for installing new modules.

Given that each hero lists its stats in a specific order, I'd imagine it's the same 10/13/15 as the guards' stats, but with the order of the traits determining the numbers

This is not only a great setting, but a really well designed system, wow! There's an ingrained gameplay loop of leaving and returning to town, and the horror and magic are implemented so smoothly into the mechanics and feel of the game!
