I had a question about making a people in the prehistoric phase. When a people is created and we choose an origin spot, do we roll for territorial borders upon creation or only later when we seek to expand borders?

This is a great little module - the kind I can really sink my teeth into (hah.) Just a heads-up, I noticed there are two typos in the third paragraph of the splash text under the title. Both "recommend" and "helplessness" are misspelled. Otherwise, its got a great layout and I heartily commend your efforts here.

I picked up a print copy of the three-volume collection over at Exalted Funeral just today but the included PDF only has the first volume (Men-At-Arms). Is it possible to get PDF copies of the missing volumes (Quartermasters & Campaigns)? Thank you!
