Hi there, Thanks so much for the post!
Not sure I understand quite well what you meant with the "connecting remotes to terminal part" but here is a brief explanation of how upgrading the remote works; You can only use an upgrade terminal once(indicated by the 1/1 text shown on the screen) and if it says 0/1, it goes red meaning you can't use it again. As for the soft lock, there is always a way out of a room, either through a vent or overriding the door panel by interacting with it if you get close. The only way its possible to soft lock yourself out of a room is if you enter a upgrade terminal room with the SynthPal standing on a pressure plate, and then you start upgrading the SynthLink, then you leave the room with the SynthLink still on the upgrade terminal, then the SynthPal steps off the pressure plate which closes the upgrade room door thereby locking you out. As you can see it's a bit complicated to do. I'm not sure if this is what happened but as far as I know its the only way to lock yourself out of a room and this only happens with upgrade rooms, specifically the one with lasers outside and the one in the lounge.

Thanks for pointing it out. I think for some reason Mustard didn't seem to spawn. I have tried to recreate the issue but I can't. However, I have noticed your gameplay is super smooth, probably the smoothest I've seen yet. Sometimes when playing at a higher refresh rate at a high framerate the engines physics acts weird so maybe he fell through the map in your first playthrough. Can you please confirm your average framerate and monitor refresh rate if possible?
