Stunning graphics! Congratulations about the UI and the pixel art. Also, the format of the tutorial is superb. Fun concept!

Very good graphics! Loved the comic format (although I died so many times that I know the vignettes by heart!) Congratulations!

Very very very well done! The visuals are magnificent, also the UI and the animations!! The game idea is very solid and I could only see a bug: when you run out of money and you are sailing, you can buy infinite cookies. But it's good anyways, because the game is hard as it is! Maybe it needs some more balancing, to be able to earn some money or to get more biscuits.

I really hope you keep on with this project, because it's beautiful, fun, and if you could achieve this in such a short amount of time, you can do a very good indie game with some more time! Really. It has a lot of identity and potential.

Congratulations for all the hard work and for that optimal skills you have in your team!

Pretty fun game, to be honest! I loved the UI and all the text effects, and also that you did a tutorial. I'm very thankful for that (and the fact that it was programmed in the game, and not only with images or text at the webpage). Really good job, and keep it up!

Stunning visuals! The animations and all the graphic style are incredible for just one week! It would be good to add a tutorial, since I couldn't figure out what should I do (or what could I do) until I lost  a few times. The game was so innovative that I didn't know (and expect) to be able to move. I also have a doubt: where does the music and the sfx come from? Maybe you forgot to mention it on the credits! Congratulations for all the work!

Great game! It's fun to get improving in all those minigames. I loved WarioWare in the GBA and it makes me feel quite nostalgic!

You have some really cool graphics! I kept playing the game a lot because of this sense of a solid game, both on design and visuals. I missed some background music. It's the only thing I can say in detract of the game. It's wonderful, fun, pretty, satisfying, challenging and fits the theme really well. Congratz, and keep it up!

Made it! Very good job for a first jam experience, and for being a one-week work. Concept is great, but I missed some more features. I encourage you to keep working in the game in order to do so! The thumbnail is also really attractive. Nice!!!

This horror game is more terrifying than a lot of published/paid ones.

Really.

That jumpscare when you are caught is like those old ones of the 2000s. It keeps in your body even 15 minutes later.  (But I didn't hear at all the breathing sound!)

Very good job!

Cool revision to the hot potato game! It's really fun.  5/5 on theme, really!

REALLY IMPRESSIVE artwork and audio. The mood of the game is really defined and gets you to feel in danger, in a grotesque situation. The only problem is that it's a quite innovative game and the lack of a direct tutorial: I didn't know really well how did I have to think to mix the ingredients, or how to reach the desired score. (I understand that the multipliers at the right side of the HUD take that place, but I didn't understand them too well!

Anyways, my congratulations for the work!

I liked it a lot! Puzzle is practically my favorite game genre, so it was really enjoyable for me. I also like a lot the visuals of the game, the palette and the graphic justification for the theme. It was really accesible as of controls and it was easy to find moments to think and try what to do to keep moving to the next level. It's a pity you didn't find a music composer: you even did all the typography shown in the game! Congratulations!

Fun game! I reached the 11th wave, but then lost. I think there is a bug: the second attacking option kept consuming biscuits but didn't last in the map or instant attack. Maybe I didn't understand it too well. Also, the game lacked a tutorial, so at first I didn't understand it as a tower defense (I had to reload the page). But quite good for a solo project! Keep it up!

Quite a innovative way of presenting a cooking game! It's really impressive that you managed to make ALL this in a week! It was fun, but I didn't get the tutorial at first. If you plan to keep on working in the project, maybe it would be great to make a full interactive tutorial level with a lot of feedback. It would be way easier to understand how everything works. Congratulations!

Cool aesthetic!  I just missed some background music and rotating the camera (or the right hand) with the mouse instead of Q and E. The overall experience was satisfying and fun! Congratz!

Really fun! Also, very very cute art style. Congratulations!

You developed a really interesting idea! It took me a while to figure out what should I do, but once you get it it's really fun. Congratulations on the originality and the polishing!

Really interesting concept of a game! It achieves the goal to remind the Tamagotchi stress. And adding personalization and multiple critters on the equation? Even more! I love the random faces that you can get in each critter. Congratulations for the game!

It's a game thought for playing just for a little and we didn't expect to reach much more than 4,000 points, the amount you need to unblock the last one of the critters, so yes, once you surpass this number it gets really crazy. Our highest punctuation is like 7,200 or so, and doing like you, spamming the shoot and jump buttons at the end.

Thank you very much for playing, for your words and for your feedback!

Really addictive game! The music gets you in the mood, loops really well and isn't tiring (congratulations on that!). It's very well polished. I only have one objection: maybe the tutorial at first is very textual: it would help to make the player play while explaining (I understood it wrong at first and had to start over again). Once you get the mood, the only hard thing is to stop playing! Well done!

What an original idea! I didn't expect a rhythm game with the theme "critters"! It was fun to play, although at first I didn't know what to do (so I ended up placing the towers quite randomly). The game has a lot of personality and the UI art is really cool. Congratulations to each one of the development team!

Really interesting concept! I didn't get to last more than 3 minutes, but I think it was a problem of lack of understanding of the mechanics at first. It's quite satisfying to see the MC grow!

I have to say first of all that I love the UI. It's really well made in visuals and sound! It's fun and it made me keep playing for a while! The art is really well made and I didn't see any problems on that behalf.

However, the music stopped looping when reaching the second checkpoint. Also, the green flying bug was kind of difficult! I just managed to kill one of them.

Really well made entry! Congratulations!

We are aware of this art/design mistakes! We plan to fix them once the jam finishes.

Thank you for playing and for your feedback!

Wow, thank you for this detail on your comment! All your feedback is highly appreciated!

We will work on it fixing some issues that we have been noticing through your and also others' comments (especially that of the background!) once the jam finishes.

All your words are really encouraging and make us proud about the project we have ended with. Thank you again!

Thank you for your feedback! It's really useful!

We take notes about all your issues so we can upgrade the game a bit after the jam ends. It's clear for me that the background thing is the most important one!

Thanks again!

Thank you for your feedback and your kind words! We will fix the background issue once the jam finishes!

We are aware of the background issue. It didn't seem too much for us at first, but replaying and seeing all your comments, it seems it's quite a mistake. Your suggestion is a very good solution, so we might implement it that way!

Thank you for playing and for your kind words!

Thank you for playing and your feedback!

We were aware of the jumping (and it's quite a good enhancement to the experience), but not about the aiming issue with controller, so thank you!

Yes, the background issue is quite a problem we should have resolved! Thank you for playing and for your feedback!

Thank you both for playing!

We were aiming to do a game this simple because it's our first try in Godot. As for the chromatic palette, we designed the game at first to have two levels, so in order to create different biomes, we created different palettes for each level. However, we could only finish one level, so at the end the first level might seem chromatically a little out of place.

As for the jump, we've been also told that, so we will take that into account!

Thank you again!

Thank you for all your usability feedback!

It's really precious on the UX design field. We'll be sure to think over those things for our next project!

Yes! The background is not very well defined such (because of the colors) and maybe the parallax effect was very aggressive. I think that was our most remarkable mistake in this game (everyone is saying it!).

Thank you for playing and your kind words!

Thank you for playing!

That gameplay feedback is really useful! We were thinking in making a really simple game, since it's our first try with Godot. We will be sure to add more control to all the jumping process in our next platformer.

Sorry about the background! I didn't think the color hierarchy  enough while drawing it and that is the result!

Thank you for your feedback and for playing!

Thank you for playing and for your feedback!

That idea about the theming of the QTEs is really great! We really didn't have much time for planning some things that we finally added. In fact, those QTEs at first were meant to be something radically different even in mechanics! We really learnt a lot as a team making this game, and even more with the feedback and kind words we are receiving!

Thank you again!

Such a cute art style! I missed some audio (music and sfx). Keep it up!

Impressive work! Just thinking we had less than two weeks to make our games, I really admire your result in every aspect!! I only missed two things: a map UI and more visual feedback to know which critter I am using.

Great game!

I enjoyed having an auditive HUD. It's not really usual and it makes the game more immersive (especially this one, with its story and context). At first it was quite difficult for me to understand the gameplay, but at the end of the simulation I was really having fun! Nice art and concept!

At first I was expecting to avoid the critters, not to scare them. Very original idea! Good job!
