Just finished this. I don't usually go for yandere VNs but since I enjoyed GrowAGirlfriend and thus knew that I enjoyed your writing style and humour, I thought I'd give this a go (especially knowing it was short and comedic).
I quite liked it! It was fun and the true ending was actually wholesome. It was refreshing, since yandere situations usually end very badly or are romanticised bad situations.
I also liked the sprites, there's a level of detail to them even though the game was made in such a short time.
The music is amazing and really fits the theme of the game, I don't usually take note of music in games but this time it was quite fitting.

That was so cute and relaxing! I especially liked the music and the little creatures with the cute names and colours. It was nice to get to know everyone.
Towards the end of the game (or after I got over 9 good reviews), the customers were too many and there was so little time that I had to skip over everyone's dialogue and couldn't give them the time they diserve to have a nice chat with them which I regret. (It's fine, though, I might start over.)
I was wandering whether the new game you're working on will be available on itch.io as well once it is released or only on steam?
Thank you for your reply!
I think a monthly calendar would be a good upgrade, especially if there are more activities we can do and organise.
I'm glad to hear you have more cases in mind for a potential full game. It would definitely increase replayability and it would be interesting to get to meet more characters. I already had a lot of fun getting to know the existing ones so the more the better!
It seems you have a lot of ideas in mind for the full game and I'm very excited to see them for myself if/when the full game or an upgraded demo arrives! Thank you for the chance to play this demo and good luck with further development!
This is a masterpiece! The pacing of the story was perfect! The jokes never felt forced and always managed to crack me up! There's a good balance of comedy, mystery and romance/drama elements and theres a good amount of content- I was fully satisfied and there was more content on top of that like a treat. I really like the message of the story and its unique approach to this kind of games and tropes. On top of that, I enjoyed all the effects that gave life to the story; the transitions, character movement, the amount of facial expressions and extra sprites. That elevator scene looked super cool! I liked how the music changed to match each moment and its vibe, it really added to the experience. All in all, I liked it a lot!
Oh, I have a question, too. Does it matter how many cases we accept? What happens when the active cases are more than the days of the week, do they continue where we left off next week (or whenever we decide to reschedule with them)? Does this impact the outcome? Are the characters in the demo all of them or are there going to be more in the future?
I wasn't exactly sure what to expect playing this game but I absolutely ADORED this concept and the way it's implemented. I got very invested in everyone's story and kept wishing there was more. There's a diversity in the characters to keep things interesting, each one dealing with a different kind of thing and requiring a different approach. The interactions felt so realistic and human. The MC really exudes this calm energy, I would trust her. I also love how things are not black and white but there is room for compromise and negotiation. I loved the character creator, too. My MC looks so adorable I can't stop looking at her, it makes me happy XD Plus I'm very interested in the main arc even though it's only hinted at. Long story short, I'm very invested and can't wait to see more!
Maybe the text could be slightly larger.
I just played your game. It was very cute!
First and foremost,I really liked the protagonist's design. His short laugh when he makes a joke in his head gives me joy. (+ dark circles for the win!!). The dialogue flows nicely. Breaking the forth wall with Button's name was fun.
I also enjoyed interacting with the inanimate objects, I'd ask for more interaction esp with the plushies but I know it'll never be enough XD..Having all the endings layed out on the home page was very convenient, as well.
What I actually came here to comment on, however, is how you refreshingly captured the details of depression and anxiety. It's a theme we often see in media and a lot of VNs but the details in your depiction resonated a little more with me. It got a chuckle out of me at how realistic some lines were. I don't usually get that out of other VNs. I've been actually thinking about how I wished for a VN that focuses on and depicts anxiety more realistically and you made that come true, so thank you. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work in the future!
