some questions i don't think encapsulated me:

#35 (greatest asset in finding a new job) - i would only move to places where i at least know someone (or someone who knows someone) and rely on the extensive network i've built to get a foot in the door

#40 (volunteer work going slow) - dissociate and entertain myself in my own head/start thinking about everything else i have to do (ie. outlining an essay in my head, meal prepping, etc.)

#45 (art form / viable career) - make a backup plan to secure an income stream while enjoying the art as a hobby in my free time

staring this guy down until the end of time i WILL leave this tab open forever if i need to. i have passive income and my time is infinite. we'll see who caves first.

this game is the definition of a trust fall lol. really interesting approach to a platformer!

the isometric graphics and animations are handled super well! poor Z.A.G. though, it took me a bit to figure out how to move them both to the right spot instead of just leaving one behind to be sad :((

cute frog!!! the mix of different art styles/scales between the UI and characters was a little bit jarring, but the animation on the slime monsters was still handled really well!

very effective considering how simple it is! also love the idea of a leaderboard

art and music had a very retro vibe which was cool! took a little bit to understand how the polarity/"opposites" for the cards functioned and got most of my points by sheer coincidence lol, but it was still really fun!

thank u for the generous heart system lolll

really cool concept! player movement speed, shield charge rate, enemy dispersion, etc. were all handled really well to make for a fast-paced and challenging (but not frustrating) game

AAAA MY BEAR!!! high score 13 :pensive: great job!! great art on the bear, and congratulations on your first game jam!

cool game, the collision and lighting is handled really well! also really interesting interpretation of polarity, i totally forgot it also applied to chemistry!

cool game, the collision and lighting is handled really well!

the style for the character sprites is super cool!! the sprite having a gliding frame instead of a classic walking animation was really creative and an efficient choice for a game jam
