I can tell a lot of effort was put into this game. Great job creating multiple characters and implementing different types of attacks and animations.  At first, I was a bit confused about what the "A" button stood for.  Maybe renaming it to "U" for "Ultimate Attack" would help, but that's a minor thing.

I like how it has similar vibes as Pokemon. Finding the NPC in each level to figure out the mission might be tedious, especially since there's not much to do on the way there. Adding some enemies, puzzles, or more collectibles would make the game more interesting. Using coins that lead to potential paths with NPCs or other things to explore may be nice.

I like the aesthetics of the game. The songs are also really nice. Not sure if I missed it, but a high score feature would be nice. The pause button and tutorial are also useful.

Love the sprite designs! The effect/ animation when the enemies die also looks really cool. The bomb animation is a bit distracting, since a bunch of stuff covers the screen. After playing for a while, the number of enemies eventually feels overwhelming, even if there are bombs to eliminate them. It feels like there's not much breathing room. Adding something to explore or collect in the map would be fun. As the game progresses, introducing new enemies so it doesn't feel as repetitive would make the game more interesting.

I like how the UI shows how much of each item the player has, so they can keep track. The different weapons adds variety to the game and makes it more interesting. A shooting sound effect would be nice to add.

Interesting sound effects and music. I love the clouds in level 2. The player jumps kind of high and the game mechanics can be confusing. I also get stuck while walking on the ground sometimes, so there might be an issue with colliders. I'm not sure why the game over and win screens are cat themed.

I like the overall designs of each map, especially the one with a heart. The art, audio, and music fit the theme of the game very well. Some visual feedback when the player gets hurt would be nice.

Love the attention to detail and effort put into the sprites and storyline. The different locations, enemies, and collectibles in each level add variety to the game. Adding an option to speed up the dialogue would be nice.

Love how smooth the gameplay is. The models used fit the chess theme really well. The spikes also look cool. The counter for the keys in the UI is helpful for keeping track of how many the player currently has and how many they need.

Cute game! Love the use of fences to match the overall aesthetic of the game. The sprite used to represent lives is also cute. The sound effects are really nice as well.

Super cool music, sound effects, sprites, colors, and art! Love the way the collectibles glow. The use of the camera is very effective and following the player allows you to create/ traverse bigger maps.

Love the player sprite and art! The maze-like style and mystery theme make the game really immersive and fun. The lighting is also really cool and adds a realistic element to the game.
