Yeah Q isn't working for me. The button keybind is just showing as a white box and pressing Q did nothing. To get through the tutorial I had to specifically focus on the rock by aiming to the right and panning my camera left until the rock was the only thing in the viewfinder. I still can't cycle targets after tutorial either. Even during the pop-up tutorial about Focus and Targeting it still had a white box. I also tried changing the keybind to another key, but that didn't fix anything. I think cycle focus targeting is simply not working at the moment.
