I've tried and still haven't found any success :/
It doesn't, but it's in the same folder as the Step 3 DLC.
I even chose us being engaged before the start of step 4. it might be because I have a Mac I'm not sure : /
I recently purchased this, after downloading I was able to see our moms anniversary, but after that the game ends and don't get the actual wedding bit.
