I would recommend adding some frames between filling the gauge and climax, so that the player can choose to continue holding the mouse button and releasing it to provide a better experience.
Is there any plans for re-using the original body's handjob scene ingame, or maybe a new scene for it with a BJ?
Maybe some scenes using outfits?
