For those of you who want to abuse this, here's a guide:

0. (This one's kind of obvious) Put all items you want to dupe into the rightmost Fan's inventory. Click their name at the top of your screen to enter their inventory.

1. Go to the sewers(footnote 1) and enter them at any floor. If you are already in the sewers, exit them.

2. After entering or exiting the sewers, find the rightmost Fan at the very top of your screen, NOT the item trade menu, and click them to enter their inventory(this ensures you do not fail the dupe if you have a lot of Fans or messy inventories).

2.a. Now you may open the item trade menu from the rightmost Fan. Click into the other Fans' inventories from within the trade menu.

3. Empty these Fans' inventories into the rightmost Fan's inventory.

4. Repeat!

Footnote 1: The dungeon does not matter, but the sewers are the safest, additionally, you can save, quit, and reload instead of using a dungeon, but this can take longer. This is useful if you have temporary buffs that remove themselves on exiting a dungeon.

"I'mma be real, if your PC gets a BSoD in 2024, I think you've got bigger problems than a game where you forgot to save for 4 hours. BSoDs are pretty rare these days."
That is true, but not for me. Long story short, I can't fix it by ANY means as of right now, so I just have to deal, though, see the second-to-last part of this post, as that might apply to more people than those with extremely weird problems.
Regardless, it would be nice if you were allowed to save manually, or the game at least told you how it saved your data, even without adding auto-saving.

Also, I should mention(and I mean this politely, just as a comment/piece of advice), regarding this part of your reply: "That said, the game's got SOME kind of autosave, I think it saves whenever you quit the game normally." Most people don't consider that "autosaving," as you have to DO something for it to save, eliminating the "auto" part. Furthermore, most people only consider it autosaving when it saves on a timer, or when you go through loading zones.

Now, here's the part I mentioned earlier: I have found that my save data is entirely corrupted, I cannot delete the save or create a new save. This could, in theory, happen in other scenarios, that are different from mine, and as such, might be an area that would be beneficial to look into. It does seem that I am able to fix this problem by deleting my save file manually, but there are many scenarios where someone might not be able to do that, whether they don't know how, or they play on certain hardware/software, they have certain restrictions placed on their computer, ETC.

I should mention that I took no offense to your reply. In my experience, when someone responds with a message as large and as formatted as mine, they are mad at the person they are responding to, so I am sorry if I come off that way. In fact, I feel that your message was beneficial, as I was spurred on to make this follow-up message, which, hopefully, can be used to the benefit of others who may experience, or be concerned about, similar problems to mine, and possibly can even be used to the benefit of the developer, with a combination of my suggestions and possible insight I may have given into areas of code that can be looked at.

Have a good day/night.

(Edit: fixed an error regarding message structure)

I was playing for 4 hours straight and didn't know(and still don't know) if/how to save while playing, so i just kept playing, and then this stupid bug with my pc, and apparently ONLY my pc, decides to happen, BSoD, and voila, no more save file.

I did have a long message but after actually being able to motivate myself to read and analyze all of your messages I see we shouldn't even be arguing. Let's just end this here. Have a decent day.

Ignore this, see next message.

Maybe you should be the one re-reading my post. I never said that you said "coincidence", but you implied it, or at least implied something similar; I have several disorders in which I often struggle to understand what other people are meaning. Anyways, the game has since changed its sprites, very slightly, but it is still an almost complete copy of the game. I understand that you can't copyright an idea, but when you take the sprites, idea, animations, interactions, probably even the code, all of the items, all of the enemies, all of the mechanics, etc., etc., etc.; you don't leave much left to be very... not... stolen? I cant find the right words to end that sentence. I'm going to re-read everything you have said and respond to them individually.

Edit: changed the last part of the message because I would've been lying if I left it.

My guy its a one-to-one copy of the game, they changed one sprite and added advertisements and a scam in-app purchase, it doesn't "borrow" ideas and it wasn't a coincidence. Look at the google play page, it's completely ripped from Backpack Hero.

Edit: removed quotes around "coincidence", idk why I put them there to begin with.

The game is called "Hiker: Heropack Creed" made by "Easy & Fun Casual Games"

Game link(DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I do NOT condone downloading it, as it is STOLEN. This is so that the developer can find and take down the game.): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.warrior.hikeradventure
