It's the Floor 5 elevator, right next to where you break out of the beach room.

One issue I came across:

During the ending sequence, it's possible to navigate through the elevator rubble and end up in the regular, non-urgent version of the tower. It's not that big an issue due to the prompted save, but it seemed worth bringing up.

Hah, that’s nice to hear. Personally, I often used Batting Stance to defeat baggies, so I’m glad to know it’s balanced to where that’s still viable as a tactic.

The castle isn't randomly generated, it's just very confusing. If you need help, you can look up a walkthrough for it.
