1. on floor 0 , i alr grabbed the ladder , but when im interact with the exit , it shows me i havent got the ladder . Is it a bug or smth

2.on floor 37 , ive search every corner for ladder but the ladder  seems not spawning cuz i cant find the ladder on map . What is the problem ?
