Step 1: rename folder and file so it has no spaces

Step 2: copy full .app file path (right click on the file, hold "option" button click on "copy FILE NAME as Pathname"

Step 3: open terminal and enter the following command followed by the .app file path that you can paste since you copied it: sudo chmod -R 755 REPLACE THIS WITH FILE PATH

Open the app as you normally would. Cheers!
