They be groovin~

I haven't beaten hard mode either (skill issue), but thank you for playing! Your game is one of my favorites!

Love the game, died by being surrounded by missile flinging blue slimes. Visuals are cute, great game mechanics, and the music is well suited with the gameplay. Great work!

Although this game is highly suspect (*cough*) it's fun and and the environment looks spectacular. It reminds me of Poppy playtime with the robotic hand that does a certain task, which is cool. Not to mention the animation on the arm. It would be great to play more challenging levels that utilizes the two abilities because I see a lot of potential in the game mechanics. Great work!

A game that I want to play again to beat my score. Amazing music and game concept.

A very polished game that gets progressively harder. Match the cards to the enemy color. Great work!

I don't believe the game is finished and players can easily fall out of the map. The dialog and options are cool though!

Very cute game that has great level design where it gets progressively more challenging.

I really love the animations and smooth UI. I did have problems where I would stand on a platform and I would drop from them without moving and get damaged being close to an enemy would damage the player (especially those clown spinning on a ring). There are drops in the game (can't see the bottom) where I am not sure if it would lead to death or the next platform. But overall, a solid game with amazing 2D animations. Would ruin the kids birthday again.

The game is smooth, and the concept is fun! I like the neon colored paint that shoots out of the gun, makes the artwork look a lot more interesting xD

A game where you mark buildings/houses based on interconnecting relationship information. The style is unique and organic. Well done on their first game jam!

I enjoy the look, humor, and mechanics of the game. I like how you can be released by distracting the dog owner by pooping (respect to the dedication of that guy picking those up) and peeing on their face... xD. I did notice on the first level (and more) that the mouse sensitivity is super low, and I have a hard time navigating the map. Other than that, great work!

A unique game where the goal is to build monuments that last in time. The gameplay is simple, where you collect enough resources to build and upgrade monuments.

A  strategy-based game to fight shape-like opponents. Choose node-based abilities to defeat enemies without dying. A nicely thought-out, polished game. Great work!

Pretty cool concept! I like how you can move to hit the opponent. I did notice that I could cheese the game by spamming left-click.

POV: You have an infinite tic-tac-toe battle with a stickbug and an inspirational raccoon playing in the background.

The game is cute, aesthetic, and calming. I did notice the bug getting smarter with its moves down the line, which is cool. Great work!

The game is adorable and fun to play. The art style is charming, and the music fits well. The problem (bug) I faced is when I reached the last level (the dog), the tattoo outline disappeared, and the timer skipped to zero.

I liked the drawings at the start of the game, where there was a blue-to-yellow spark in the guy's eyes. The gameplay reminds me a bit of Undertale. This game is definitely challenging even when played in normal mode after a minute.

Yup!

The game is funny and enjoyable to play! I find it hilarious that a wizard finds himself at odds with bullets.

The game is fun to play and more challenging than I thought (or maybe I just have bad skills). The sound of the ability is definitely an interesting choice xD

Thanks, Duckies! I am so glad you enjoyed the game, and we appreciate your thoughtful feedback!

A fun zombie shooter game. I really like the art and smooth gameplay!

I finished the game! I noticed that the text did not appear on the win screen, so I was confused about whether I won until I realized I couldn't wander off any more.

I liked the music, and the game was very straightforward. The cover art is also cute.

A cool game with nicely animated endings. I also liked the graphics. Although, I do agree with some others that the tutorial may be difficult to understand. I mainly understood what to do after my second to third run. Overall, a nicely put game.

Very nice and creative game. I like how it scales out to punish the player for getting it wrong. A pretty creative punishment. I also like how the scaling out fits the theme. Overall a nice matching game and visuals! Great work!

Love the art and game. I found it enjoyable to play (it kind of reminds me of Agario but with jelly monsters). Great work!

Great idea and concept! I do find the lack of words on the buttons quite hard to navigate or understand. But overall, you had a good and sort of functioning game with the time you had, kudos!

A great and funny game. Lots of kudos for making this game solo and using online resources to design your game effectively (notably Pixabay).

It's a great game with a consistent style. I like the variety of customers despite the short time limit given. The game is overall enjoyable and encourages the player to retry for a better score! Amazing work! (I am the Graphic Artist of https://crowninggames.itch.io/sushi-stacker)

I enjoyed the game. The HOA has always hounded my family, so this game hit home (cause I literally live right next to a HOA member). I love the 3D aspect of the game and the style. It is very well executed. The rule on having the "I LOVE THE HOA"  flag gave out a certain German dictator vibe *cough*. One thing I had trouble with was that one day, I saw no grass appearing in my front yard, but at night, it would suddenly spring up. I also noticed that if I sped up the game, the grass wouldn't grow until I stopped pressing the button. But other than that, the game programming, art, and style are great.

Thank you for the compliment! I am glad you like it :D

I love the art and style of the game. Overall, a pretty chill and straightforward clicker game. (My game is:  https://crowninggames.itch.io/sushi-stacker)

Nice art, as it reminds me of Captain Underpants. I do find it hard to exit the dialog. Please check out my game as well (Ascent 2: https://itch.io/jam/polymarsxspeedjam/rate/2864099)

I don't know how it's related to the cover, but the title gives it away. I like how the shooting and enemy death work, but it's weird how the player and enemies can go through walls. Additionally, I'm not sure how this is correlated to the theme "overheat," but I admire the effort. Please rate my game as well (Ascent 2: https://itch.io/jam/polymarsxspeedjam/rate/2864099)

The visuals are AMAZING, but the black screen transition, the slowness, and the long drop could hinder the gameplay experience. Overall, the game is good. Please rate my game as well (Ascent 2: https://itch.io/jam/polymarsxspeedjam/rate/2864099)

Love the animations and art for this game! It's funny how it incorporated Elmo in hell meme and also the not-so-fine dog; it goes well with the 'overheat' theme. It's a 10/10, very well executed. Please check my game as well (Ascent 2: https://itch.io/jam/polymarsxspeedjam/rate/2864099)

I liked the incorporation of a leaderboard and the magnification when using the speed boost. I also found it pleasantly on theme. Please rate my game as well (Ascent 2). https://itch.io/jam/polymarsxspeedjam/rate/2864099

It's a nice game that goes along the 'overheat' theme, but kinda tricky to see where everything is. I also find that if the panda is searching for ingredients, placing it in a kitchen or somewhere related to food would make more sense rather than in a cave-like setting. Please rate my game (ascent 2) as well.
