Thank you very much for the help.

I have the latest version of the game on Android and everything was going well but I got stuck on Lisa's puzzle. I think I know the word and I have put it in every possible way. I don't know if it's a bug or I'm doing it wrong. If someone knows how to solve it, I would like it if you could help me 

(I have searched for information on how to solve it but I get that it is not the answer).
