if you have to handicap yourself to interact with the game's core mechanic then that's bad game design

Yea not having to deal with fake number kinda ruined the fun imo, at the very least you should have it be a setting that you can toggle, as just being able to confirm like that makes the game trivial 

Nice concept! Very fun to relearn patterns in a new context, though I do have two suggestions:

1) custom board sizes

2) Chording is a bit weird and can give the the answer for free by accident, consider allowing chords regardless on if it would kill you or not, as that would make the game a lot more fun IMO
 

actually slight correction- I just forgot that it ran bad on my laptop bc I haven't played it in a while 😅, but if you lower the graphics a bit it is fine

ngl I never had performance issues even when playing on switch or on my shitty laptop
