Thanks! I'll be trying to make a video game from scratch-- that is, using a framework instead of a popular game engine. I have some ideas in mind, mostly interactive fiction fangames for existing media, and I'll try to get a working demo done in 2 months! After that I can gauge how much time it'll take to make the full thing.

If my napkin math is correct, there's about 427,680 possible combinations, assuming you only take one motif per character. That's a lot and that's wonderful. Thank you!

OH. MY. GOD

This is the single best hexmap I have EVER seen. Something as simple as "unfrozen antarctica" has been rendered in stunning detail and I am in love. 

I've been thinking a lot about penguins, by sheer coincidence, and when I looked at these maps I could instantly imagine some grand flippered stories taking place in these lands. Sword and Shrimpery, perhaps?

I'll be borrowing this for my next adventure-- with credit, of course. So long and thanks for all the crawls!

It’s the special kind of comic that had me running to find a sketchbook mid-chapter so I could scribble out their little agonized faces. If Crocodile Complex has a million fans I’m one of them if there’s none I’m dead etc. Holy guacamole

This game was right up my alley, as someone who is weirdly obsessed by inanimate objects and what they would say if they could. I am very pleased with the first bites edition so far, and I give all my support to the designer and any future editions of the game to come!!

I cannot express enough how much this game has changed me. I was a perpetual non-writer. I daydreamed about writing, I talked about writing, heck— I even had a few finished works from years past! But I never wrote; the blank page felt insurmountable… until katamoiran’s if came along.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. I stayed up late to read it and woke up still thinking about it. I want to reread this on a plane for maximum effect.
