• How long did it take you to get this good at pixel art?
  Firstly, thanks, I'm really flattered, as for how long it took to get to this point, I'd say around 4 years-ish?

  I don't really remember exactly but I think around a month
  
• What program do you use to make pixel art?
  I use Aseprite
  
• What palette do you use?
  For the 16x16 RPG asset series I use the DawnBringer 32 palette

It's going fine, actually it's finished and the item/icon count went from 500+ to 800+

I'm currently in the process of creating promotion imagery/videos once that is done I'll make an announcement on my socials, it wont take long
