By being reminded of hearing/watching someone suffocate in person, and not being able to do anything.

Hello,

If it would be possible to implement a toggle to somehow prevent a player from having the choice to select something that results in the player's death, I can't even begin to express how much I would appreciate something like that.  I encountered the suffocation death sequence with the Brothel Madam, and it was incredibly jarring; I'm not even the kind of person who would select those kinds of options normally, but after being polite the first time, I figured I'd load and do something I normally wouldn't do, something outside of my normal behavior, since I'm normally helping and caring for others, and I felt so crushed, miserable.  It even brought back memories I wish it wouldn't have.  Everything else seemed lighthearted enough that I truly didn't expect it, and if there's a way to prevent the softhearted among us from having to go through that, I really couldn't appreciate it enough.  I don't want to feel nervous when I play, and that scene was one of those things that will be hard for me to forget; I was happy that there didn't seem to be anything like that, since a lot of H games have cruel endings, and I kept reading, hoping that I wasn't actually going to die.  Please consider a toggle like that; some kind of variable to safeguard against that by dithering options out, or some such.  I would be so incredibly thankful.
