I'm stuck too. I found that in the left botton corner of the central room we can walk through the wall, and walk on the ceiling. But can't do anything ther neither. 

PD: Edit** I put the books with the description Siren gives at the bookshelfs backwards.

I really like this game a lot, I'm from latin america and the english was good for me to understand everything. The best of this game was the history of the water works, I'm an historian so that was very interesting.
