Thank you—this is exactly the kind of specific feedback I needed.
You’re right about the duplicated radio objective, inconsistent status-bar widths, and the cropped crafting text. I’ll consolidate the radio information into one objective panel, standardize all three status bars with visible empty backgrounds, and replace the cropped store screenshots.
I also appreciate you being transparent about not taking a key when you can’t run the Windows build. Your UI feedback is still very helpful.
Hi! I’m a solo developer looking for 5 playtesters for Seven Nights, a pixel-art survival game for Windows.
You are stranded on a mysterious island with a damaged radio. Gather resources during the day, craft useful equipment, and survive increasingly dangerous creatures after dark. Your choices may have lasting consequences.
I’m looking for feedback on:
- Is the tutorial easy to understand?
- Is the main objective clear?
- Are the enemies and final boss fairly balanced?
- Is the inventory and crafting interface easy to use?
- Did you encounter any bugs that prevented progress?
A complete playthrough should take approximately 30–60 minutes.
Free itch.io download keys are available for five playtesters. If you are interested, please reply to this topic. I will send you a private download link.
